1. Submit an Inquiry Form
Applications for the 2022-2023 school year are now available online.
The non-refundable $40 application fee must be paid online upon completing the application.
3. Schedule a Parent/Guardian Interview
Once an application has been submitted, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule the required parent/guardian online meeting through your Schooladmin Portal.
4. Schedule a Virtual or Outdoor Playgroup/Screening Time
Getting to know our child is of the utmost importance to us and we recognize that doing so virtually may be challenging for our youngest friends. We are excited to be offering some outdoor playgroups on the playground throughout the admission process with families that are comfortable doing so. A virtual option is always available.
The Admission Office will notify you of your visit date after we receive your application. Should your visit be virtual please see below on what to expect.

5. Submit Required Forms
St. Thomas’s Day School requires teacher evaluation forms and school records to complete the admissions process. Please note that due to the unusual circumstances, we will accept multiple forms from teachers, tutors or any adult that knows your child in addition to their current teacher.
You can download the following documents and submit them to your child’s school. These forms are due by February 1.
- Release of Records (Grades 1-6 only)
- Teacher Evaluation Form (Kindergarten)
- Teacher Evaluation Form (Grades 1-6)
