1. Submit an Inquiry Form
Please submit an inquiry to receive an admission packet and please contact Katie Patterson at email@example.com to schedule a tour.
The non-refundable $40 application fee must be paid online upon completing the application.
3. Schedule a Parent/Guardian Interview
Once an application has been submitted, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule the required parent/guardian online meeting through your Schooladmin Portal.
4. Schedule a Playgroup/Screening Time
We are excited to be offering playgroups on the playground throughout the admission process for applicants to kindergarten and grade 1.
Applicants for grades 2-6 will come to campus for an hour long in-person individual visit. A virtual option is always available.
The Admission Office will notify you of your visit date after we receive your application. Should your visit be virtual please see below on what to expect.
5. Submit Required Forms
St. Thomas’s Day School requires teacher evaluation forms and school records to complete the admissions process. Please note that due to the unusual circumstances, we will accept multiple forms from teachers, tutors or any adult that knows your child in addition to their current teacher.
You can download the following documents and submit them to your child’s school. These forms are due by February 1.
- Release of Records (Grades 1-6 only)
- Teacher Evaluation Form (Kindergarten)
- Teacher Evaluation Form (Grades 1-6)
