Eileen is a Partner and Creative Director of the O’Donnell Company, a New Haven based marketing, branding and advertising company.
Eileen is a graduate of Sacred Heart University. Eileen served in Yemen as a Peace Corps Volunteer, developing programs and materials to educate illiterate women and children on basic but critical health practices. Later, she served as an Art Director for NY agencies, including RSCG Euro. Eileen has created award-winning work for IBM; national and international advertising design for Pfizer, Wyeth, and Novartis. She worked on the branding and launch of major drugs including Ritalin, Avapro, and Keppra. Her work included all aspects of launch, from websites to event materials to clinician education and training collateral.
Eileen is very involved in our community, serving on many boards, including, the New Haven Home Recovery, as Board President of the Arts Council of Greater New Haven, the American Marketing Association, the Connecticut Art Directors Club, and Inc. Business Owners Council.
Eileen is a St. Thomas’s Day School parent of Donovan (Class of 2022) and Delanty (Class of 2029). She was instrumental in taking STTS into the digital world with her work on the school’s website and other marketing campaigns. She looks forward to her continued work and support of St. Thomas’s as a member of the Board of Trustees.
