Susan Zhang is a Vice President at PKF Investment Banking. She focuses on providing merger and acquisition advisory to business owners in the lower middle market. Her M&A experience includes managing every aspect of the deal process as well as negotiating deal pricing and terms. She has worked for several investment banking firms including J.P. Morgan Securities, and HSBC Securities (USA), contributing on dozens of transactions. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and a BS from University of Science & Technology of China. Susan is also a business mentor at the Women’s Business Development Council in Connecticut.
Susan is married to Charles, and they have three lovely children, Jeremy ’16, Marguerite ’22 and Catherine ’24. She enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
