Our Leadership Program is built on a simple but powerful idea: when kids know who they are, they can change the world around them. We start with identity work that helps students discover their strengths, voice, and place in the world—because confident kids become courageous leaders.
As part of our Leadership Program, we enlist our sixth graders to conduct tours for families visiting St. Thomas’s. They love to walk around and show off their school as well as practice public speaking and building self-confidence.
Through additional hands-on projects rooted in real community needs, students don’t just study concepts—they apply them to create actual impact.
