Students at St. Thomas’s Day School begin each day at Morning Gathering. The learning that goes on at Morning Gathering is a blend of intellectual, emotional, moral, ethical and social understanding; it is here that the entire community learns and understands together. We explore core values, we sing, celebrate birthdays and other special events. Morning Gathering is a time for our students and faculty to focus themselves in a positive way before beginning the day.
St. Thomas’s has a thoughtful and inclusive Religious Studies program that focuses on the academic study of religion, rather than the practice. Our goal is to provide a foundation for understanding the role and impact of religion in people’s lives, and to share practices and beliefs from around the globe.
